Unique and innovative community under construction in Dearborn
The development is under construction as a 92-unit multi-family condominium. There are a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, all with attached garages. All 2 and 3 bedroom units are to be provided with 2-car garages and all 1 bedroom units are to be provided with 1-car garages.. There will be two access drives for the project, one from town center drive and one from valley view drive. Each of these entrances include a controlled smart access gate to eliminate cut through traffic and to increase residents privacy. The project is under construction and the final completion is scheduled for summer 2023.
